CPR/First Aid Classes
Learn life-saving skills that can make all the difference in an emergency. Our CPR and First Aid classes are Red Cross-certified and designed for everyday people—no experience needed. You’ll practice hands-on techniques for CPR, AED use, choking response, wound care, and more. Great for workplace requirements, parents, teachers, coaches, and anyone who wants to be prepared.
Certification is valid for two years and meets OSHA and workplace compliance standards.
Wilderness First Aid

Our Wilderness First Aid courses teach you how to handle medical emergencies in remote environments—whether you're hiking, camping, leading outdoor trips or spending the day with loved ones.
